Our stay at Villa Il Sasso in Bagno a Ripoli was like stepping into a Tuscan dream—a serene oasis where luxury met the rustic charm of Italy’s countryside. Nestled just outside Florence, the villa provided a tranquil retreat that blended historical elegance with modern comforts.

The rooms were immaculate, each thoughtfully designed to maintain the villa’s timeless character while offering every modern amenity we could want. Waking up to views of rolling hills and picturesque vineyards was a daily reminder of Tuscany’s breathtaking beauty.

One of the highlights of our stay was a memorable horseback riding experience. Three of us saddled up and rode through charming side streets and expansive countryside, winding our way past stunning vineyards under the warm Tuscan sun. The freedom of being out in nature was exhilarating, and the grapes hanging from the vines proved too tempting to resist—we plucked a few, savoring their sweet, sun-kissed flavor straight from the source.

Our wine journey continued with a visit to the famed Ruffino Winery, where we were immersed in the world of Tuscan winemaking. The tour offered insights into the meticulous process of crafting world-class wines, and the tasting experience was nothing short of divine. Sipping on glasses of Chianti surrounded by vineyards felt like a quintessential Tuscan moment.

Another unforgettable aspect of our stay was the photo experiences. Five of us captured timeless memories amid the villa’s stunning backdrop, where every corner was picture-perfect. The villa and its idyllic surroundings provided the ideal setting for creating lasting images filled with joy, beauty, and elegance.
